Description

The piezoelectric jet valve combines non-contact jetting with a wide viscosity window (approx. 0–200,000 cps) to serve many adhesives and coatings. It produces stable micro-dots around 0.2 mm with working frequencies up to 500–800 Hz, enabling fast, precise dispensing for demanding electronics and semiconductor applications.

Modular construction supports quick cleaning and nozzle replacement, reducing downtime on high-throughput lines.
